You may

  • For Magnific Tunes (music): claiming ownership or registering it on any UGC platform
Credit
Required for free users. Use the text 'Designed by Magnific' with a link to magnific.com. Placement: websites next to the resource or in the footer; social media in the caption or image description; YouTube in the video credits, at the end of the video, or in the description; email in the footer; ads where feasible, otherwise on the landing page. Paid Premium plans remove the attribution requirement.
Limits
Registration required. Daily download limits apply to free users (numbers not published). Worldwide.
YouTube Content ID
Terms forbid registering Magnific Tunes content with any UGC platform (such as YouTube Content ID) or claiming ownership of it, even when synced to your video. Not addressed for images.
How long it lasts
The license lasts for the duration of the underlying rights (effectively perpetual) but is revocable; it ends automatically if you breach the terms, after which you must stop using and delete the content.
